Any studies looking at both IQ and cranial index? Post your cranial index, head circumference and IQ

Asians, of course, have brachycephaly and the highest average IQs.

Turns out that if you ignore the extreme browridge, neanderthals are also brachycephalic.

Since I have high IQ and now I have measured my CI and it turns out to be extremely high at 88, this has got the gears in my brain spinning.

So if you have the info and don't mind sharing, please post your specs.

145 IQ
6' 2" height
26 in/66cm circumference
88.1 cranial index

Not even sure how to measure some of this shit, so I'm not sure, anyways, I average around 115 on IQ tests.

Circumference is easy, just take a measuring tape and wrap it around your head. Slide around til you get the biggest cross section where the take is level, tighten it, then read result.

To measure width and height I had someone place two books on a piece of paper and close them together while remaining level in all planes and mark the distance between them.

From there multiply the width by 100 and divide the result by the length and you get your cranial index.

Don't know IQ, but based on standardized test scores it should be at least 130

I just did my cranial measurements myself, and I doubt they are perfectly accurate, but here goes. My head circumference turned out pretty small, at only 22". Cephalic index was 76, putting me in the dolichocephalic range.

I disagree that Neanderthals were brachycephalic in general. Some of them are broad-faced, like the remains at Le Moustier, which could produce a higher cephalic index. Others, like the Shanidar remains, are clearly dolichocephalic. Neanderthals must have had many different races and subraces, just like humans today.

Btw if you guys had to guesstimate my cranial index what do you think it would be?

You could sort of guess with a proper profile to go with your frontal pic. Probably mesocephalic though, due to general look and race.

If you cut away the extra bone and just look at the brain they are brachy.
