If it was a case of throwback we could see this happening at this level in countries in latin american all the time. Yet, we never do. Or even in the USA.

I was told by my aunt that it was always risky for two people passing for white because she had heard and seen "black" children pop up occasionally. Its not unheard off for black folks to have a very white looking child.
