She doesn't. But because she never talks about that she is Chilean, and she has an Italian last name (adopted), ignorant people assume she is.

Personally to me she looks more Native American than probably 90% of Natives in the US, and more than the average Mexican. She's also under 5 feet tall, which comes from her Native side, as they tend to be quite short.

Well I think the only thing that disqualifies her from looking full native is her eye type, they look Europid influenced, other than that I think she's predominantly Andid.
