it could be that many gypsies are racist, i dont know since i dont deal on a regular basis with them and didnt made many experiences. what you describe is anti-gypsy blood libel though what gypsies or whatnot, to describe them in a negative light with negative stereotypes and associate them with worst behaviour, which i dont think is even true.
