I know Finland from the geography books and from TV. I think its a beautifull country with its woods and lakes, dark winters, low population density, et such.
However I also like things as anthropology, archaeology and history. For most Nordic countries (using here the geographic term) I have a pretty basical understanding of their ethnogenesis and pre- and protohistory, but I lack this for Finland. Meaning a basic chronology, possible migrations or endogene transformations.
Of course I could check on Wikipedia but perhaps some of the Finnish memers like to enlighten me?..
Thanks in advance.
