One of my paternal great great grandparents was Welsh. I don't know which region of Wales they were from though. It's a small Celtic country, with more castles than any other nation. My sister likes staying in Wales every month.

One of my maternal great grandparents stemmed from Co. Mayo, Eire. Ireland's landscape looks similar to the West Country (south west England) with lots of rural farmland areas, ancient stone circles, and similar rhotic accents as some West Country people of England have too.
