That turkey neck looks horrible. However I like grilled chicken hearts, I suppose the turkey heart wouldn't be too different. And I can think of a few uses for the liver as well.

Who, except hard-core vegetarians, doesn't love blood sausage?

There are also entries for sweetbreads and kidneys, but since when are they offal in the sense that they are considered a useless waste product? (however the picture of raw sweetbreads is so disgusting-looking I'm not posting it here)

Very cool link, thanks for that. I reckon the only thing I'd be iffy on trying is the neck. I just find chicken/turkey necks not to look too appetising. Blood sausages, liver and sweetbreads are among some of my favourite foods, though
