Should We (The West) Mandatorily Repatriate Criminals Of Non-Western Origin?

Should Western countries repatriate criminals of foreign origin, deported to their countries of origin, upon completion of their sentences?

Should this be mandatory?

Would this apply to criminals with dual citizenship only or any criminal of foreign origin (no matter what generation they were)? In other words, does criminality mean they should be stripped of citizenship?

Should this apply to all crimes or just major ones and to repeat offenders?

It's hard to believe they don't already, or that they allow people in who have a record. Obviously this doesn't serve the people of the country that gets invaded in any way.

Maybe you should send your own prisoners overseas as a 'punishment' too.. all stuck on an island in the middle of the ocean, the world's criminals, all together at last.

Didn't know people with criminal records were allowed into certain countries even, seems a little odd if they are, what can you do once they have the 'right' to live there, as say.. a citizen, you can't do anything, deport one for that reason and you'd be accused of inciting racism.
