Sounds very familiar in both sense of term.

Dutch and Turkish hmm.. we have many
Dutch: hoerenzoon (son of a bitch), kanker(cancer)lijer (someone who suffers from cancer) etc. Alot of people put cancer with insult words or ‘tering’ which means tuberculosis. Don’t ask me why such diseases are used while insulting someone lol
Turkish: way worse. For example piç (litteral meaning someone who’s father is unknown) and tons of other bad words but I find piç the most offensive one

Anything with cancer. (kanker) In this country: You're dead.

Other diseases.. well lol. Those people will be a lot quicker to use themselves.

I am going to use some examples:

(never thought I would do it because I despise the very word):

kankerlijer (basically like a motherfucker but a lot worse -- someone who suffers from cancer)
kanker op/kankerstraal op/opkankeren : like fuck off but worse. As in "get cancer and croak"
krijg de kanker: like "get fucked" (but worse): lit. get cancer.

Of course you can use other diseases too like klere (cholera - from kolere which is also used), tering ( lit"to wither away" - tuberculosis), tyfus (typhoid), pleuris (pleurisy)
When expressing yourself somewhat forcefully - the Dutch love their blasphemy: godverdomme (goddammmit.. but worse as a fuck mach 2.0 - literally god damn me - which can also be used as an adjective by calling someone a godverdomde klerelijer if you really want to show someone how you feel about him)
Thankfully Brabanders and Limburgers are a bit more creative so we prefer to use "godnondeju" (from Dutch "God" and French "nom de Dieu" - in God's name) or its Limburgian version which is much like it.

And, of course, where would we be without sexual slurs: anything from kut (lit. the female organ - but it can be used to denote something as "fucking awful" - just don't ask me why. I don't get it either), which can be used as an adjective "ik had een kutdag" (I had a terrible day !) or as a stand-alone insult for a very unpleasant woman or even as a way to decry your absolute displeasure with something (godverdommese kut.. very popular in Brabant). Of course, the male organ also plays a role in decrying a situation "dat was toch wel lullig, zeg !"(that fucking sucked, right ?!) or by calling by either calling a complete and utter fool a lul. (a dick). And calling someone a "hoer" or a "slet" is going to make you very popular with the ladies !
