This is another example of the hypocritical and immoral race-based policies of the progressive DOJ. Eric Holder has two sets of standards, which are based on race. I think that zero-tolerance rules are lame. They should be replaced with sound judgment from teachers, not affirmative action for troublemakers.

I've noticed this too. The Republicans had the first black, and black female, Secretaries of State precisely because they judge on merit not race.

The republican part was very much about race equality and spoke often about it; that changed in the 60's and they became what they are today.
