Although it is harder to generalise with New World populations, I would argue Chileans are an example: they look clearly distinct from both Andean nations AND Argentines/Uruguayans.

Khanty and Mansi. I wouldn't say they look out of place for their location because West Siberia is the homeland of Uralic race but they definitely look different from all other Siberian groups.

Poles are not as light as people think. Brits are paler and slightly more fair haired than Poles but it isn't that noticeable.
