It is a complex question that really cannot be answered. For Example I think many Northern French Keltic Nordids look more like Austrian and Northern Italian Norics. Than they look like Southern French.

France and Italy. In Iberia, the most important split is as in Europe, a rather West/East one.

I don't know as much about Greece regarding this as to have an opinion, but it looks to me like a much more homogeneous country.

This is not a "who is whiter" poll, its a poll as to which country has the largest internal North-South divide.
