In the Czech Republic the Alpinid the most common phenotype, but the Dinaric, Norid and Gorid types are frequent.

And Poland, the most common types the Baltid, Dinaric, Alpinid, Norid, Gorid.

In Poland most frequent are west-baltids. Other like, norics, gorids, nordids, norids, alpinids, north-pontids, baltids, subnordids are less frequent. Dinarids are infrequent in it's pure form. Many people have nordid admix. Germanic subtypes like fealids, borrebys, tronders are rare. Poles are lighter than Czechs.

Based on my personal observations with Czech people they are more often Baltid or Gorid than Alpinid proper.
