Well, the government should provide necessities whenever the Bedouins need them, but at the same time, the government should have policies in respecting Bedouin culture and lifestyle rather than forcing them to assimilate with the urban populations of the country they happen to be in. To be quite frank, i never did see discrimination in Syria when i first met the Shammari Bedouins there, and i did not see any conflict between ethnic Egyptians and the bedawi people in the Sinai when i was there with my family. In other words, the government is the one who are doing these discriminatory policies on the Bedouins not the people themselves.
