This video was taken from a dashboard camera on the cruiser of police officer Bruce McKay, who was killed. It shows shots being fired by the suspect who was killed by a passerby. The passerby who witnessed the act picked up the officer's gun and shot the offender dead, after seeing him shoot the cop in the back and being driven over. The courts have ruled that the the passerby was justified in killing him and no charges were laid.
