I had to read three times before I understood that it is actually "The White Stripes"... It's about time to go to bed.

I'll say that the Radiohead albums, the Flaming Lips, Daft Punk and Sigur Ros are OK picks. Nothing incredible.

But, yeah, there weren't many great albums released so they didn't have much to choose from.

Radiohead are incredibly overrated imo -- the only reason anyone ever heard of them in the first place is that the British pop music press needs a new "this week's greatest band of all time" regularly.

The Flaming Lips are okay. At least they're openly and unapologetically pretentious.

As for some of the other names on that list ...

I actually like Arcade Fire. Indie Rock is dead, but sometimes decomposing bodies make interesting sounds.

The Streets's Original Pirate Material was amusing, I'll give it that. And I do vaguely like Yo La Tengo and Wilco.

Wow, Fleet Foxes are on there! They're definitely one of the most interesting bands of the late 2000s:

Interesting band and video. I never heard of them, but that song sort of reminds me of early Genesis.

Rolling Stone, nothing new, some of these are not just only the worse albums in 00 but could be put into the category of worse ever.

I did like few of them, still far from the best of the best tho.

Radiohead's album is nothing short of disaster imo
The White Stripes? Seriously? Anyone takes that band seriously?!
Justin Timberlake with future sex lol
Even Toxicity is not all that good album, more like mediocrity..
50 Cent, two Eminems, The Postal Service!??
    Did I go insane?
