it will be interesting to follow the events. I doubt he will say something specific, more like the expected crap a la "I'm the legitimate president who was forced to flee the country, I'm so glad that I'm safe here in Russia, and together with my russian friends we'll do our best to restore the legitimate power in our country".. blah blah

I think he will read some speech written by Vladimir's speech writers. I have researched Putin's speeches btw, he has excellent speech writers.
