Let us note that for a German general, both Ukraine and Muscovy are one Russia, and he speaks of the need to cause internal Russian split. In this regard, he develops the ideas of German politicians of the last third of the XIX century, in particular of Bismarck, which not only insisted on the necessity of a such split, but also proposed particular means to solve this problem. In particular, they emphasized the need to oppose the Ukraine to Russia, to pit their peoples, which requires to grow Ukrainians with the consciousness, changed to such an extent that they gonna hate everything Russian. Thus, it was about psychohistorical special operation, information and psychological subversion, whose purpose is the creation of the Slavic Russophobes as psychocultural type and political force. It was they who had to tear Ukraine off the Russia, and oppose Ukraine as the "anti-Russian Rus", as "free and democratic" alternative to Empire. It was decorated, in particular, as the Galician project, which was actively developed first, by intelligence of Austria-Hungary, by Kaiser Germany, and then by the Third Reich, in the second half of the twentieth century to the present day - by the CIA and the BND. It seemed to West that the problem will be solved after the "Orange revolution" - but it did not. By the end of 2013, the it also seemed that the problem is about to be resolved, that the collar of EU is already around the neck of Ukraine and Yanukovych. But the position of Russia (and possibly China), played a role and Yanukovych decided to play some his game and shown his political will. At this point, the West has written off, firstly, Yanukovych, secondly, peaceful, "orange" path of separation of Ukraine from Russia, making a bet on Banderovites, on Ukrainian neo-Russophobes, the product of the that same psychohistorical operation, which the Germans began to prepare one and half-century ago, and then during World War II, the Nazis picked up the baton, and organized a SS Division "Galicia", and from the 1990s, the successors of the Third Reich on creation of new world order (what a coincidence of the terminology!) - Americans involved to this work.
Result of years of "relay race" - the February Banderovite Neo-Nazi revolution in Kiev, carried out under mentoring of the US specialists, and beginning of creation of anti-Russian Banderovite state. For the first time, West succeeded in laying the foundation of absolutely anti-Russian (more Russophobic than Poland) Slavic (also the Orthodox, not Catholic) state. According to its demographic potential, the Banderovite Ukraine, especially in alliance with Poland can stand up to Russia in military terms, especially with the support of NATO.
The minimum program of creating the Slavic neo-Nazi Banderovite state - constant pressure on Russia, provoking it in various ways, including sabotage, and in the case of the adequate response - replication of the image of "free and democratic Ukraine", which is allegedly pressed by Russia, tending to restore Empire; in short words, small Ukraine is victim of the big Russia (according to a proven pattern in Yugoslavia "poor Albanians are victims of evil Serbs").
The maximum program is the same as in the 1930s, while creating the German Nazi Reich: the creation of a force that, if necessary (for the West) will take on decisive part of the war with Russia, and this force will frazzle Russia, being destroyed itself. In other words, the final decision of Slavic / Russian issue by the hands of Slavs / Russians themselves with a subsequent division of Russia / Northern Eurasia and appropriation of its resources and space. But as is known, it is smooth just on the paper.
History is insidious lady, it is enough to remember how and with what ended those who aspired to the final decision of the Russian question. Without mentioning, the fact there are East and South-East of Ukraine. At the same time, we must remember the current separation of Ukraine from Russia is planned as separation, to put pressure on Russia or strike at it by Banderovite Neo-Nazi regime.
