Coastal and south Spain, like southern Italy, were inter-linked with the Mediterranean cultures (culturally not genetically), whereas center, east and north Spain were connected to the Celtic world. And bagpipes are not a Celtic instrument.

Bagpipes might not be Celtic but I associate them with Irish and Scottish music
Btw I wasn't meaning to be mean earlier. Just wanted you to show some love for the origin of a significant part of Spanish culture.
