Remind me Gallo Italic dialects and Veneto dialects, however i think some pronunciation is German influenced.

Yes, it's certainly close and it's close to Rhaeto-Roman in Switzerland, the local german dialects and Ladin certainly influenced each other mutually, since the language was spoken much wider spread in former times. Here is a song in Ladin:

I lived many years in Lombardia .......
and I attended the Swiss very often, I also learned very well the Lombard dialect I had no difficulty in understanding the Swiss rhaeto-romance and even Ladino in the Veneto and Trentino is very easy to understand ......
