I enjoyed it though I don't feel like a natural leader. I rather be in control of myself most and foremost.

Yeah, I guess but, for e.g. in here they make volunteering a minimum of 40 hours in every high-school term mandatory and I don't get how this is volunteering when it's required for one to graduate high school. It does teach you many leadership skills though.
