well emilia-romagna is a mix of different situtation , many thinks is only emilia and romagna , but emilia should be divided too if we follow this logic
on average a bolognese feel more close to a romagnolo than someone from piacenza , and many in piacenza feel more closer to a south-western lumbard than a bolognese

what i don't like is that i am tired too see south italians who are here and talk all the time bad about my region and same in rest of north italy , or see retard movies like "benvenuti al nord o al sud" , north italians are always mocked on the TV , always stereotypated like the shit of italy , average people in italy think north italy is only industry and fog

emilia-romagna people was always one of the most respected people , always knowed for hospitality and for being and brave rebels , and make me angry that some southerners chauvanist mock us all the time , same goes for how they talk about other north italians

i also dislike north italians who hate the south , but i can assure you in my region are mostly those from south wich have hate , native people here is neutral to positive towards them

my idea is that , or all italians start to respect each-other or better idea is divide the country so everyone can live in peace

I even have some bergamask rednecks (there are a lot of them from my mom's family) which never left their valleys who think that Sicily is some kind of maghrebi wasteland where people are only able to sleep and fu*k each others.

If the Italian press works like the Brit Press. They'll be in cahoots with one another. So if the Italian government doesn't recognise, neither will the major Italian press/politico village.

I don't know the history of Veneto, can't comment much.

Don't pretend independence hasn't been in the papers every other day for like 2 years, or that the Government wouldn't recognise a 'yes' vote in the unlikely event one came to pass.

but haven't you noticed how when a north italian say something against the south is always a bad insult , but when a south italian talk bad about the north you should not be offended because is just a joke ? lol

as for the food , well if they have to say something about food in emilia-romagna is just envy because all around europe in italian restaurant bolognese cuisine is often on the top of the list
