This was the first attempt by OECD to measure problem solving skills in the PISA test. The ranking looks quite similar to that of standard PISA results.

I think more interesting is to see how many students in each country were high performers and made it to levels 5 and 6 (level 5 requires scoring more than 618.21 points, over 56 points above Singapore's mean) so I put together a list, also with regional breakdowns when applicable so you can see what for example North Italy, Alberta or Basque Country score on their own:
