The Baltic and Slavic languages are of course closer to each other than anything else but which one of them are closer to Germanic?

Slavs are clearly closer to Germanics by DNA according to this DNA map.
LV is Latvia, PL is Poland, CZ is Czech republic, RU is Russia.
Clearly Latvia is much furtherr by DNA than the Slavs are.
