Thread: You have to be up in 5 hours. You can sleep for 4 hours or not at all. Which do you do?

    Default You have to be up in 5 hours. You can sleep for 4 hours or not at all. Which do you do?

    This weekend I made the mistake of going to bed at a ridiculous hour after the sun came up, and slept until 4 PM. Now, I am having trouble sleeping and have to be up at 12.

    Should I go to bed and sleep for like, 5 hours? Or should I just tough it out and stay awake?

    I have that same problem, dunno if i should stay up till 8 pm or just sleep an risk missing the best friends birthday party

    The thing is for me I feel like I go strong until about 10 AM and then pass out. I am afraid I will not make it through class.

    When that happens to me I just drink a few energy drinks (I dont drink coffe) and hope my eyes don't look to tired and keep going.

    To prevent that,get up very early the day before you have to sleep early.

    5 hours is decent ....even 3-4 are ok but anything less than 3 i wouldnt do it

    you should sleep the 5 hours

    sleep a few hours but make sure to set more than one alarm clock. It's better even just to get a couple hours of sleep than to sludge through with nothing at all.

    I have the same problem too. 5 hours of sleep is good. Better than none. You'll probably make it through class. The lack of sleep probably isn't a daily thing.

    I find that sleep is only beneficial if less than 3 or more than 6...anything in the middle and not even a combo of crack,meth,and 10 shots espresso will keep me awake.
