I could bet a language from the Andes family, or related to Guarani. I am not sure if the languages at the conquest were the same than 2.000 years ago in this region. 500 years ago we had Quechua, Aymara and specially Mapudungun as the main tongues in the region I live. By the way, 2000 years ago Spanish didn't exist either!!!
