    Hard to tell, the place had been Roman since about 50BC, so stationed soldiers would have spoken Latin. The population most likely some Celtic language, probably Gaulish or something close, almost all city names from that time and many river names around here are some Romanised forms of earlier Celtic settlements. Germanic names (usually some guy's name + "heim") only appear with the arrival of the Franks in the 5th century

    In those days Baetica (South Hispania) belonged to Rome, as a province of the Empire. I guess Latin, and perhaps some of Turdetan and Greek/Phoenician were spoken over here.
