    Proto Indo European Lithuanian
    Pre-Indo European possibly Albanian or Greek...

    pre-indo european, as in before the arrival of indo-european languages? wouldnt basque be the only one? i guess maybe finno-ugric too in scandinavia

    if you mean most indo-euopean like, it would have to be lithuanian
