This forum is both highly secure from any hacker infiltration as well as any legal ramifications. The site is hosted in America with anonymous hosting. The only way any legal action could be taken on the forum would be if people were selling drugs to each other or trading paedo porn or actively plotting against a government or something. Even then they'd only get into legal trouble on an individual basis rather than taking the whole forum down. If this forum were hosted in Germany it could be taken down this very second most likely. Not sure if it were hosted in UK but I doubt it.

Well the case was about the former pedophile member Cynewald.I am a part of an organization called perverted justice (http://www.perverted-justice.com/) that puts internet-pedophiles in jail.Somehow someone thought that because Cynewd was here I want to cause problems to this site.That is wrong.Like Caisemeachd said,any charges (if any are necessary) will be individual and this forum will have nothing to do with them.Its not the forum's fault people like this come on here.

I admit that beside Cynewald(The banned pedo) I have forwarded one more profile to Perverted justice and that is Dasr.And you can't blame me.The guy is a straight-out creep.

I haven't seen pedophiles here but I've only been a couple of days... Some racists and just plain ignorant yes but no pedophiles.
