Interesting Pre-Fab houses

Came across these pre-fab homes. Ultimate utility, functional design. Thought they were quite interesting. I especially liked the one with the swimming pool.

That was a depressing article. All of those were either impractical, based in some other country, or just really freaking expensive. What's the point of that? That and land is just as expensive as a house in most suburban areas.

Maybe one day when I`m a millionaire I will buy one of those as a vacation home.I'll place it somewhere exotic,like Bora Bora

Beautiful from an architect point of view but not very practical if you actually decide to live in them.
