6 out of the 49. Most of those foods would not agree with me anymore. Once the weather turns warmer, I pretty much cease eating any hot foods at all....unless it's certain asian dishes. I eat much lighter...with cold foods and raw foods being a much bigger part of my diet. Healthier.
