Aids: intentional created (manmade in a laboratory) or originated in nature by chance?

Aids a genocidal biological weapon of the U.S goverment with the means of killing of black people? or is this argument made to blame the ''white man'' for everything bad that happens or happened to Black people in general?
Do the prosecutors have valid points to back up their arguments or are they just in denial ?

I've heard some people saying that they really believed that aids was manmade and similair things like that the polio vaccine caused cancer. I'd like to discuss this subject with people who've investigated this and know more about it than I do.
