Because there's a big difference between "British children" and "children-born-in-britain" now.

Any child born in Britain has British nationality, just like any person born in the US has American nationality, even if their ancestors were Polish or their ancestors lived elsewhere, like your own ancestry isn't native American, but you are still an American citizen if you were born and raised in the US, or have official citizenship in the US.

Britain is also a place, an island, a location, and a culture of democratic people in the sense that people who live in the UK are free to choose their own beliefs, relationships, sexuality, females are allowed to vote here too, etc.

Terms like 'British', 'American', 'Australian', 'Canadian', 'Swedish', 'French', 'German', 'Dutch', etc, aren't terms which I view as a race, but rather as a nationality, given the amount of different immigrants from various different places who've moved to these lands and locations since the end of WW2.

In the UK, there's people with ancestors who moved here from Poland, Ireland, Germany, Russia, France, Italy, Spain, Greece, the Caribbean Islands, China, Japan... especially in London. And before the modern age, we had Viking (Scandinavian), Norman (French), Anglo-Saxon-Jute (Danish and German) settlements to Britain from other countries. There's British people who move to other countries and live where they choose to live too in this world. Human ancestry originates from Africa anyway. People are kind of like migrating insects and other living species in the sense that we move around to different pieces of lands in finding a place to live which suits us on this planet where humans are free like other living species to travel, explore and move around.

Nope, people in UK are much fatter on average. Especially the women. In fact they are fattest in the world. In USA it's just ethnics who are fat for the most part.

As for good food, no one on earth says that. Not even any english people I meet. Those things I said, are also the same thing every single person I've known who's moved here from England says.
