I believe us English can still kill a Welshman within the city walls of Nottingham at a specific time, so perhaps you may get to have that wish fulfilled

You forgot Chester and York too. In Chester any Welshman which is within the limits of the town walls past midnight can be shot with a crossbow (nice) and I belive its the same in York with the Scots.

If you tried it today though it probably wouldn't stand up in court, it'd be interesting to see if it actually ever happened though

Anyway the English can be a modern and industrious nation akin to Germany, France and the Netherlands without the shackles of the poor Celts.
Let the Celts go their own way and we'll go ours, our Anglo-Celtic nation can remake its own path in the world once more.
