Same as cancer and dying. Not all people who have cancer die, but cancer can lead to death.

Not really. I'm 100kg/1.73m, and I've never had issues making friends or starting relationships. Same thing with most of my fat friends.

As long as you take care of your appearance and hygiene, there shouldn't be too many problems.
Personality is also a huge factor. Look at this guy, I guarantee you he isn't lonely:

Just gotta have confidence and be a good conversationalist.

To be honest, there's nothing more forced than shouting at the world how happy you are. I'm very happy, and this is probably the second or third time I mention it in this forum. When you wear a shirt saying how happy you are; are you trying to convince others or yourself? Tho, there's probably a lot of happy overweight people, hence my analogy in the first place. Being 'vocal'/open about it sound rather like insecurity to me.

fun fact: most people nowadays claim to be very happy (so spontaneous, partying all the time and yeah, wearing those retarded t-shirts...) while in fact they are depressed, confused and lonely
