Rose an interesting question in my head.

Hollywood produces tons of WW-II movies every year, and couple of medieval films, and occasionally something about antiquity, but thats all.


So my question is why there is still no movie about Cromagnons Vs Neanderthals or Neolithics vs Paleo-Europeans? Even something like Slavic invasion to balkans or Germanic expansion would've been fun enough, but from year to yer they produce shitloads o boring clones.

Most people have no idea about any of these subjects, so the thought never would occur to them, and if it occurred to some bright talented person, the suits would be baffled unfortunately

They definitely need to branch out a bit, though. Or at least go back to some of the noble romans vs noble in their own way savages type of movie.

Some vietnam ones would be good, too. All of recent history is actually pretty boring.
