which OS do you use on your home desktop?

Windows > Linux. I say that as a Linux (Ubuntu) user. I know the average Linux user won't agree with me.

It depends on what you want to do with your PC, I use Linux for specific reasons. If you're an average user (95% of computer users) you're better off with Windows.

Mac? I don't know, as far as I understood, it combines the best the traits of Windows and Linux, but that's just my theory, I have used it only for a few minutes in my friends house.

When I was a child, I had Windows computers. But at the age of 18 I got my first MacBook, iPhone and iPad. Then I realized how convenient these devices are. I believe at some stage you switched to Japanese on your macbook and took a screenshot. This cant be desktop of a real Japanese since it lacks basic daily use Japanese apps (for example LINE).

I like keeping my desktop simple and tidy.

Proud Mac user for 10 years. At work I have to use Windows, which is a hassle since I am used to a Mac keyboard in terms of shortcuts. Windows Update is also annoying as hell.

Mac is so much better. I also have some Linux experience and using a UNIX based OS feels so much superior.
