I reckon about 75% of southern/south-eastern Euros are Olive skinned.
I guess it's about 20% in other non-Scandinavian nations.
All assumptions but close to reality.

whereas standard-Euro skin is quite rare among middle-easterners.

There's not many european as dark as that Portuguese, less than 0.5% for sure.
And I also bet there's more than 1% of middle-easterns with the skin colour of that middle-eastern gentlemen.
