I think it's quite nice. It emphasises/stresses certain words in a much more hyperattuned way than say a flat and dull American accent. It is quite a nice accent for expressing true feeling through words.

The English language came about basically for being able to express certain words or stress certain things to give more focus to their importance in a nuanced way. US English; that is completely lost and it becomes dull flat and robotic.

I think Scottish accent is great. It perfectly stresses words of importance and hyperattenuates expression of feeling in the words and sentences that is completely lost in something like a flat dull American accent.
