Tara has a female partner in beginning of season 3, after the death of eggs. After Tara becomes a vampire she has sex with her maker Pam. Eric seduces his villains lover by performing a homosexual act in order to kill him. I believe this was season 4.

Eric isn't, but he pretended to be in order to infiltrate Russell Edgington's fortress.

In all seriousness though this is sin on a show. Everything on the show would be considered morally wrong but the fact that I see some "christians" saying it is not is really something.

It's actually a pretty good show if you ignore the gay stuff. But it's definitely infused with propaganda. Alan Ball, the show's creator, is openly gay and the theme about intolerance against vampires is obviously meant to compare to intolerance against gays (like "God hates fangs." instead of "God hates fags.")

Never been into it.

More of a Game of Thrones kind of guy. The only show I looked at a few from the likes of channels such as CW was Supernatural before the series overstayed its welcome and became dumb melodrama. Like an X-files meets brothers grimm. It was actually quite unique first seasons; creative what they did with many world religions and mytholigies. Unlike other shows on the channel it also didn't have a soundtrack consisting of pop songs but rather classic and hard rock hits. However like many American tv shows, producers can't get enough of money and continue producing shows beyond their prime.

Game Of Thrones is definitely better, but GOT is arguably the best show on TV. True Blood is good and my wife and I have watched it from the beginning. I think the biggest problem with True Blood is that the main character (Sookie) is annoying and the annoying secondary characters get too much screen time (Tara, Bill, Hoyt, Jason, etc.).
