You can have an all black Nigerian parliament (I know that's not their system, I'm proving a point fml) and no one would bat an eye at them all being black.

Of course not, so long as they are not natives they don't care who. And the more corrupt the better. Corporations have corrupted all of africa and south america, and now the final bit of self rule for the rest of the world has to go.
