I probably can find a better example but ignore pigmentation and 1-2 other features and compare him with the Belgian in the back.

The three types are related though. But they're all distinct. If anything Berid looks intermediate between Paleoatlantid and Berberid.

I would say that the main difference is that Berid is more reduced, otherwise it would have been a true intermediate

Depends on the respective regions. Southern Italy is woggiest on average.

Let's start with the fact that even an 9 years old kid would know that italians are lighter and more european looking on average...even if you don't know anything about anthropology...just take a tour or relocate for couple of years in both countries your knowdlege will shine...It's not that hard to see the spanish exotic features...on the other hand Italians look different...majority are typical europeans or pan europeans...continuing about spaniards the north african/berber admixture is very visible..and you can't deny that fact...many years of Moorish domination is not a joke..it's reality...the final point is that Italians are more looking European people on average than spaniards but it doesn't mean that spaniards are not white or not european just darker and more exotic on average than Italians.
