Yes, facial traits matter more than pigmentation when it comes to distinguishing between ethnic groups. For example, David de Gea and Ignazio Abate look decidedly non-Nordic despite their fair features.

Imo this is easier to happen than a Greek,Italian,Spanish or Portuguese to pass in Scandinavia which is impossible.

Not impossible, but the percentage wouldn't exceed 10% (except maybe among Northern Italians, but certainly not Southerners).

No, but I am sure there are some Greeks who can (however scant they are).

Very light pigmented people in Southern Europe consist minorities so you can say that they're "atypical".

However pigmentation doesn't go from black to albino.

Not sure about this as a whole but in the other hand lots of dark pigmented people would have facial features and metrics similar to the aforomentioned Nordics,this is what causes confusion here when classifying statues that could have easily been dark,as Nordic.
