Black actors cast as Norse gods in Thor movie...

So apparently they've just cast Tadanobu Asano as one of the Warriors Three, and Idris Elba as Heimdall.

Ok, I know this is based on the Marvel's Thor, but come on!

Some Marvel movies have been good, or at least not disappointing from a fan's perspective. Others have been awful. Looks like this one will go in the latter category. I doubt that I'll be personally offended by this though, I never was a big fan of the Avengers or Thor solo stories.

It's just a film. Be more upset when they include a black in a real life interpretation of Thor and the Gods.
As it is, I see no harm in allowing one black into the cast. What's the problem? It's just one black person.

Are you surprised? Its Hollywood, the biggest race-destructionist propaganda machine in the modern world. I have also noticed how "norse mythology" is increasingly being given the face of the enemy in Hollywood movies and all things relating to "Vikings" mocked.

It's bad enough they have a pair of jewesses (Natalie Portman and Kat Dennings) playing the vixens in Marvel's new Thor movie, based off of the infamous Norse/Germanic god... we were lucky enough it didn't fall into the hands of Israeli producer Avi Arad like so many American pop culture phenomena already have. If you still don't think the Jewish lobby controls most sectors of mass media, you are more mistaken just as much as you'd be about Quarantino's Inglourious Basterds (produced by the Jewish Weinstein brothers) and Spielberg's productions (any blockbusters about the almost 2 dozen million Soviet deaths as a result of WWII?). I could go on and on about this, but, onto what I consider the real outrage, and what no one's allowed to talk about (deleted threads on IMDb abound!).

The typical "big tough black guy" role has once again been integrated completely ineptly into historically white characters. It's not as if I'm nitpicking here; I don't mind a black character that fits into a movie, and has a purpose related to his person; but here, it's just pointless diversification and, in my opinion, detraction from what European/white culture we have left.

On top of this, they managed to cast the least Nordic-looking blond guy in the world to play the role of Thor himself, another if not the most prominent Norse god. For the main character, was it really so hard to find a decent Nordic actor? Chris Hemsworth looks Irish-Celtic at best.

Did I mention the director of this new Hollywood money-hog is Kenneth Branagh, who was also an actor in "Valkyrie" and Holocaust dramatization, "Conspiracy" (both of which were nominated and won multiple awards), among other anti-racialist (aka anti-white) productions? Can't imagine what possessed him to direct this movie in this fashion.
