Short answer, no not the way I use the term.

Orientalid look is more rectilinear or even "flat" appearing due to longer chin and a certain type of almond eyes that slope down or no slope. Can look a little dour or abstract even.

Mediterranid face is much more oval and sculpted in a rounded, organic way. Features (eyes, nose, mouth) seem much more soft and expressive.

Dinarid is more rhomboid with bony nose, cheekbones, brow, etc. Pontid same (variation of similar type). Tends to look a little "tough" or aggressive/masculine.

Greek faces that I've seen tend to 2nd two types.
