Worst accents to hear are American. Southern, Brooklyn, Afram ebonics.

Foreign input while speaking English is pretty annoying in specific cases, like Hindi speakers, or some forms of Arab. From Europe I'd say probably Spanish. The rest sound peculiar but not cacophonic.
