Hitler was not cruel nor twisted. Very few people, in the history of the world, have had a comparable love for all that is good, natural, and beautiful. And none have done more for the benefit of mankind. If the war was won there would scarcely be a problem in the world. And since it was lost, the existence of mankind and all of the natural beauty of the Earth is at stake. Even if life is to survive, it will never be the same.

    The gas chamber hoax?

Another fine example of Bulgar intellect.

The rejection of an artists art, is a rejection of the entire person as a whole. You have given your soul, only to have it thrown back in your face. Not only once, but many, many times over and over again.

I can understand how it can make a person become resentful, especially artists who are of a particular temperament.
That's the pussy approach. A true artist would feel good enough with the catharsis and being able to manifest it, just for the sake of it.

I must add, his work on perspective is quite great. But I can see high and lows in the quality of details he put over different paintings.

Portu its pretty ironic you are defending Hitler.

If you were alive and near him when he was in his prime he would probably have turned you into a soap bar for his backyard toilet.

He never said Iberians were sub-human. He had positive things to say about Spaniards, except for Spanish women who he thought were stupid. It would be safe to assume his view of Portuguese wouldn't be too different.

But, yes, Port's "the world would have been roses and puppies if Hitler had won" is absurd.

Beautiful paintings, most of them radiate some kind of sadness to me, even the bright colorful ones, dunno why..
