Which Cultures Do You Consider Primitive And Why?

In older anthropology texts and discussions, the term "primitive culture" refers to a society believed to lack cultural, technological, or economic sophistication or development. For instance, a culture that lacks a written language might be considered less culturally sophisticated than cultures with writing systems; or a hunter-gatherer society might be considered less developed than an industrial capitalist society. Many Western authors, such as anthropologists and historians, used it to describe indigenous cultures in their foreign colonies and in distant uncolonized nations. Assigning "primitive" to other people has been used to justify conquering them.

The term has gone out of fashion amongst the politically correct of late, but which cultures do you consider primitive,
and why?

Many certainly aren't embracing modernity but a lot do within the parameters of their beliefs which are archaic if we're honest.

Any of you guys ever travelled through Republika Srpska on like your way to a vacation in Croatia or Montenegro?I always reckon we look like total rednecks, being that we live in such a rural area, to these neat dressed & stylized tanned people just passing through, speaking in their foreign tongues and driving their expensive cars.

There are some rather primitive things about our culture.Like for instance celebratory gunfire on holidays is a widespread custom.Not a better way to celebrate the birth of our Lord than firing an entire clip from an automatic rifle into the air, especially if you've got tracer rounds!
