It's absolutely the same guy. The stills look different but that's probably due to light intensity. I can track in on his moles and his weird nose features. He is moving more because in the other ones he is basically mumbling, in the beheading video he is (understandably) worked up and his whole face moves way more.

The funny thing is these assume they wouldn't kill people to make a conspiracy. Well, they would. Governments kills tons of people every day, they have no need for fake shit in that sense. The only one that looks pretty fake to me is the boston bombing one that has a million problems, and the sandy hook. With Sandy Hook my bet is it's "half fake". Some real event happened then they made up some children for the blond guy and some bullshit with gene rosenberg as propaganda.
