We'll by looks, they are very similar but by culture, personality or upbringing. No.

Their ladies live in a more conservative society than Hispanic ladies for example.

My training coach, who is now teaching me Doce Pares Escrima just came back and saw action in the Zamboanga seige a couple of months ago.
